everything is a poison; everything is a medicine. what sits between the two is the dose. so the cures and the poisons live under one alphabet here: the peptide beside the small molecule beside the leaf. 万物皆毒，亦皆为药；二者之间，唯有剂量。所以疗愈与毒害在这里排在同一套字母下：肽类挨着小分子，挨着草木。
Most tracking apps were built for a single pill at breakfast: no routes, no half-lives, no way two things quietly add up. piru treats a dose as pharmacology, because that's what it is. instead of a list you get a picture: a concentration rising, peaking, clearing.
the caffeine in this cup came from a seed; the painkiller in that one, from coal tar. that's the only difference. and still we call one natural and the other made.

Three reading depths. casual shows the dose ladder and the warnings. curious adds mechanisms, subjective effects, citations. pharma nerd opens everything: Ki/EC50 receptor tables, CYP metabolism, biased agonism. and none of it asks to be believed: the app and its database are open source. read it, check it, fix it.
