Do not send medical details. We do not provide medical advice, assess symptoms or interpret medical records or personal health data. Piru is not designed to advise you on these matters. Contact a qualified healthcare professional or your local health authority. Do not email medical reports, health records, personal health details or journal exports. If we identify such material in an email, we delete the message using Gmail’s Delete control without providing medical support. That moves it to Trash; Google says messages normally remain there for 30 days. We cannot verify erasure from Google’s systems or backups. For a software issue, include your Piru version, device model, operating-system version and reproduction steps using fictional entries. Keep screenshots and diagnostic attachments free of medical details. Where is my data? Your journal is stored on your devices. Piru has no journal account or app-managed cloud sync. A paired Apple Watch can hold a copy, and your Apple device-backup settings may keep other copies. Where does the reference information come from? Piru bundles information from sources including TripSit, PsychonautWiki, DailyMed, OpenFDA and published literature, with curated additions. The app’s Sources page lists reference providers and their terms. What can interaction checks and estimates tell me? They provide reference information and model outputs, not medical advice. Interaction coverage is incomplete: an absent warning does not establish that a combination is safe. Estimates do not measure your actual blood levels, impairment or safety. Can I use the equivalence tables to switch medication? Published equivalences are approximate and vary by source and person. The diazepam and opioid tables provide reference information; a prescriber must assess a medication change. Live Activity missing? In Piru, check Settings → Notifications → Automatic Live Activity, or start one from a session. In iPhone Settings, check Apps → Piru → Live Activities if that control is available on your iOS version. Reference data looks wrong? The bundled library updates with app releases. You can report a broken citation, display problem or other technical error. For an ordinary technical-support request, include: “I authorize Elysia Muñoz to process my email address and technical-support message to handle this request under the Piru Privacy Policy.” Send only technical details with fictional examples. Privacy-rights requests do not require consent to optional support processing.
