Almost everything you take clears in a curve — fast at first, then a long tail. Alcohol doesn't: the enzyme that breaks it down maxes out immediately, so it comes off at a fixed rate, a ruler-straight line. Which means more drinks don't hit higher so much as longer. Watch.
