1.Publisher and distribution发布者与分发范围

1.1Piru is published by Elysia Muñoz, an individual based in Colombia. Contact [email protected] for technical support, complaints or legal requests. 1.2Official App Store distribution is limited to selected territories outside the European Union. Piru is not offered through EU App Store storefronts or marketed to people in the EU. This describes our distribution scope; it does not remove rights or obligations that apply by law.官方 App Store 分发仅限欧盟以外的部分地区。Piru 不通过欧盟 App Store 商店提供，也不面向欧盟境内的人群推广。这是分发范围说明，不排除依法适用的权利或义务。

2.License and open source许可与开源

2.1App Store downloads are licensed under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). This page explains Piru’s use and support; it does not replace that license with a custom EULA. 2.2The source code at github.com/kageroumado/piru is licensed under GPL-3.0. Its permissions and conditions govern the code it covers, including modification and redistribution. Third-party software, fonts and reference data retain their own licenses; see Settings → About. Nothing on this page restricts rights granted by those licenses. 3.Purpose and medical limits用途与医疗限制

3.1Piru is a personal journal and reference app for adults. It records information you enter and displays estimates. It provides no diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, medical advice or emergency monitoring. Its estimates are not measurements of your body or a clinical assessment.Piru 是面向成年人的个人日志与参考 App，用于记录你输入的信息并显示估计结果。它不提供诊断、治疗、处方、医疗建议或紧急监测。其估计结果不是对你身体的测量或临床评估。

3.2Do not use Piru to choose or change a medicine, amount, schedule or combination; convert between medicines; decide when driving is safe; or decide whether urgent care is needed. Model outputs depend on assumptions and incomplete information, and may differ substantially from your actual condition. Equivalency tables are general reference material, not instructions for switching medicines. An absent warning does not establish safety.请勿使用 Piru 选择或更改药物、用量、时间安排或组合，换算不同药物，判断何时可以安全驾驶，或判断是否需要紧急救治。模型输出依赖假设和不完整的信息，可能与你的实际情况存在较大差异。等效参考表是一般参考资料，不是换药指导。未显示警告并不代表安全。

3.3Direct medical questions to a qualified healthcare professional or your local health authority. In an emergency, contact local emergency services. Follow the instructions of your treating professional and medicine labeling. The app neither supplies substances nor encourages unlawful use.医疗问题请咨询合格的医疗专业人员或当地卫生部门。遇到紧急情况，请联系当地急救服务。请遵循负责你治疗的专业人员的指导和药品说明。App 不提供物质，也不鼓励违法使用。

4.Records and reminders记录与提醒

4.1You control the information you enter, the permissions you grant and the copies you export. Check entries and keep any records you need independently. Notifications depend on device settings, permissions and operating-system delivery and can be late or absent. Use a separate reminder method for time-critical needs.你自行控制输入的信息、授予的权限及导出的副本。请核对记录，并独立保存你需要的资料。通知取决于设备设置、权限与操作系统的发送情况，可能延迟或未送达。对于时间要求严格的事项，请另设提醒方式。

4.2The Privacy Policy explains local storage, Apple services, exports, deletion and support email. Deleting the app journal does not recall files already exported or erase Apple Health records or device backups. An offline Watch receives a journal reset when it next reconnects.隐私政策说明本地存储、Apple 服务、导出、删除与支持邮件的处理。删除 App 日志不会收回已导出的文件，也不会删除 Apple 健康记录或设备备份。离线的 Watch 会在下次重新连接时接收日志重置。

5.Technical support技术支持

5.1Support is limited to software issues within the developer’s competence. Do not send medical details, health records, journal exports or medical reports. Use fictional examples when reporting a bug. We do not interpret medical data or answer medical questions. Unsolicited medical material is deleted using Gmail’s Delete control when identified, as explained in the Privacy Policy.支持仅限开发者能力范围内的软件问题。请勿发送医疗详情、健康记录、日志导出文件或医疗报告。报告故障时请使用虚构示例。我们不解读医疗数据，也不回答医疗问题。发现未经请求发送的医疗资料后，我们会使用 Gmail 的「删除」功能处理，详见隐私政策。

5.2We offer support and updates as capacity allows, subject to any legal duties. We promise no response time, continuing feature availability or ongoing maintenance beyond what applicable law requires. Privacy-rights requests, consumer complaints and legally required remedies remain available.我们根据实际能力提供支持与更新，并履行法定义务。除适用法律要求外，我们不承诺回复时间、功能持续可用或持续维护。隐私权利请求、消费者投诉和依法应提供的救济不受影响。

6.Purchases购买

6.1Piru’s optional in-app purchases change its appearance. Journal and reference features are available without a purchase. Apple processes payments and purchase restoration. Request refunds through Apple’s refund service; statutory remedies remain available against the responsible party. We receive no payment-card details.Piru 的可选 App 内购买用于更改外观。日志与参考功能无需购买即可使用。Apple 处理付款与恢复购买。退款请通过 Apple 的退款服务申请；针对责任方的法定救济仍然适用。我们不会收到银行卡详情。

7.Warranties and liability保证与责任

7.1The standard EULA’s warranty disclaimers and liability limits apply to App Store downloads to the extent permitted by applicable law. GPL-3.0 and third-party licenses contain their own provisions for the material they cover. Piru’s reference information and estimates may contain errors, omissions or outdated information; no individualized accuracy or health outcome is promised.在适用法律允许的范围内，通过 App Store 下载的 App 适用标准 EULA 中的保证免责声明与责任限制。GPL-3.0 及第三方许可对其涵盖的材料另有规定。Piru 的参考信息与估计结果可能存在错误、遗漏或过时内容；我们不承诺针对个人的准确性或健康结果。

7.2These provisions preserve mandatory consumer, privacy and product-safety rights. They do not exclude liability that the law prohibits excluding, require you to waive legal remedies, or make you indemnify the publisher for the publisher’s own conduct. 8.1Updates to this page are dated here. Material changes will be communicated as required by law and will not retroactively remove accrued rights. The standard EULA governs the app license. Colombian law applies where legally applicable to the publisher’s activities; mandatory protections and competent authorities in other jurisdictions remain available where their laws apply.
