INSIDE THE APP

Journal: record doses, times and tablet strengths; keep routines and reminders.
Estimated curves appear beside timestamped records.

Session notes: write observations with mood, intensity and effect descriptions.
Optional Apple Health heart-rate and blood-pressure overlays share the timeline.
Sessions can be exported as trip reports.

Library: read pharmacology offline, follow individual fields to their sources,
and compare references. Source priorities can be reordered. Chinese reference
content uses English as a fallback when a translation is unavailable.

Tools and insights: review usage, medication calendars, inventory and estimates
of amounts still active. Look up interactions and half-life estimates. Export
records or make an optional encrypted backup. The journal is stored on the device;
Piru has no account requirement, ads, or analytics. Models are estimates.
Piru is not medical advice.

The page's seven app screenshots were updated on September 4, 2026. They show
sample records. Native resolution is 1320 x 2868. The app's interface is preserved
inside the website's paper frames; selecting a frame opens the whole capture.

THE ROOM AROUND IT

The bedroom is fiction. A broadcast ended at 02:41. The monitor, a private page,
and a post planned for tomorrow remain open. A dose is not a confession.

The file behind the window reads:

The spare key is in the blue mug, behind the tea.
If I'm asleep, leave the bag by the door.

Move or minimize the Piru window to find it. 未发送.txt keeps an unsent message
in this browser tab. 明天发.txt has three saved drafts. The unfinished journal
mentions making tea, and the comfort of a cup having edges.

Beside the monitor: an open Strong Zero can, a blister pack, a closed purple
Medicon carton. Selecting the carton gives a close view. 群文件_9月补档.zip
contains three fictional notes:

The black ribbon changes the room into an angel rehearsal: white satin,
pearlescent light, a butterfly, and stars behind the lace curtain.
好了。轮到我了。 / Okay. My turn.
那句话写完了。 / I finished that sentence.
The note on the desk reads 今天是很好的一天。 / A good day, actually. The unfinished
page is finished.

Untie it to return. Your unsent message stays. Both rooms belong to the same
person. The transformation lives in this tab and is independent of the carton.
Two quiet recordings play only when asked. jelly.exe is still running.
